The HBA of Great Lakes Bay Region is a trusted, not-for-profit trade organization dedicated to promoting excellence in residential construction and remodeling since its beginnings in Midland County in 1961 and Saginaw in 1956.
Our mission is to support the building industry and protect every family’s right to homeownership. We collaborate with government, business, and community organizations to advocate for policies that benefit builders and homeowners alike. As part of a three-tier federation, we connect our members to resources, education, and networking opportunities through the Local HBA, the Home Builders Association of Michigan, and the National Association of Home Builders.
